My Story
PJ Jafari Founder and CEO, 10X Dental Partners ​PJ Jafari is a highly effective, self-motivated, and innovative Senior Executive Leader in the Dental/Healthcare industry, with over a decade of experience specializing in dental business operations. With a natural ability to connect with others and inspire growth through change and corporate strategy, PJ is dedicated to contributing his proven leadership experience and owner's mindset to the growth plans of the companies he works with. PJ's career highlights include being directly responsible for over $70 million in annual revenue across Texas and Louisiana centers with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, where he served as Business Director. Notably, PJ played a pivotal role in executing four major DSO transactions and successfully merging over 20 dental practices. He also managed the opening and successful operation of over 25 New DeNovo Practices from the ground up. One of which was the biggest Dental Implant acquisition for over $1.2 billion to Aspen Dental with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. During his tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Smile Exchange Dental Group, PJ spearheaded initiatives that led to impressive revenue and collections growth. He increased annual revenue by 180% from 2016 to 2017 and achieved profitability for the first time in the organization's history. PJ's expertise in streamlining processes and implementing new sales and operations strategies contributed significantly to the organization's success. PJ's leadership abilities have been recognized nationally, earning him awards for achievements such as DeNovo of the Month and Specialty Office of the Month with Pacific Dental Services. His strategic mindset and dedication to employee development have consistently driven results and positioned him as a trusted advisor and mentor in the dental industry. As the Founder and CEO of 10X Dental Partners, PJ continues to leverage his wealth of experience to revolutionize private dental practices. Through comprehensive coaching, strategic consulting, and innovative solutions, he is committed to empowering dental professionals and driving transformative change within the industry.
