Coverage

We work where you work.

Consulting, recruiting, remote staffing, call center, and revenue cycle teams supporting dental practices, groups, and DSOs across all 50 states and Washington, D.C. — staffed to your local hours, not ours.

N° 01How nationwide actually works

Most dental support is limited by who lives nearby. Ours isn't.

The hardest constraint in dentistry right now is not demand — it's staffing. A practice in a tight local labor market can lose six figures a year to an open front-desk seat it simply cannot fill. Remote delivery removes the radius from that problem.

Remote-first, by design

Our delivery model was built remote from day one rather than retrofitted onto branch offices. Your team works inside your PMS, your phones, and your workflows — geography stops being a constraint on who you can hire.

Staffed to your clock

Shift patterns are set against your local business hours across all four continental time zones plus Alaska and Hawaii, with after-hours, evening, weekend, and overflow coverage where your call data justifies it.

Around-the-clock intake

Bilingual agents under U.S.-led supervision handle inbound, outbound, and reactivation campaigns engineered around dental case acceptance — not generic call handling.

Nationwide partner network

Recruiting reach, vendor relationships, and operator benchmarks that span the country, so a practice in a thin local labor market is not limited to whoever happens to live within driving distance.

Standardized, not improvised

Every placement completes an eight-week training program before they touch your patients, and every conversation is graded A–F on discovery, qualification, objection handling, and booking.

N° 02Coverage by time zone

Every state, grouped the way we actually staff them.

We build shift patterns by time zone, because that is what determines when your phones ring and when your revenue leaks.

Eastern Time

ET

Earliest opens in the country. Phone coverage starts before the first East Coast practice unlocks its doors.

N° 03Coverage questions

What owners ask about geography.

Straight answers on states, time zones, offices, and where our people actually sit.

Do you only work with practices in certain states?

No. Every 10X service line is delivered remotely, so we support practices, groups, and DSOs in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. The thing that changes by location is scheduling — your team is staffed to your local business hours, not ours.

Do you have an office in my city?

We do not run local branch offices, and we think that is the right model for this work. Instead of a fixed office footprint, we build a dedicated team that works inside your systems on your schedule. That is how a two-location group gets the same caliber of operator support as a thirty-location DSO.

How do you handle my time zone?

Coverage is staffed to your local hours, including evenings and weekends where your patient behavior justifies it. A 6pm missed call in California is a 9pm missed call on the East Coast — the shift pattern follows your practice, not a single national schedule.

Can you support multi-state groups with locations in different time zones?

Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons groups come to us. Multi-state organizations get centralized intake, standardized front-office performance, and consolidated reporting, with staffing patterns set per location instead of forcing every site onto one schedule.

Do you handle state-specific licensing, ownership, or compliance questions?

Our teams handle administrative and revenue workflows, not legal opinions. Dental practice acts, corporate ownership structures, and teledentistry rules genuinely differ by state, so we work alongside your healthcare counsel rather than substituting for them. We will flag when something needs their review.

Are your team members based in the U.S.?

Both, by design. 10X Remote Assist places dedicated U.S.-based professionals for specialized and customer-facing roles, dedicated global professionals on an efficient staffing model, and hybrid teams that blend the two by role, hours, and complexity.
