How 10X Dental Partners collects, uses, protects, and deletes your information. Last updated October 29, 2026.

Overview

Who we are and what this policy covers

10X Dental Partners ("10X Dental Partners," "we," "us," or "our") operates 10xdentalpartners.com and the brand portfolio it presents, including 10X Dental Marketing, 10X Remote Assist, The Closing Experts, SmileInspo, and HelpMeSleep Tonight. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have about it.

This policy applies to information collected through this website, our online forms, and our scheduling and communication tools. It does not apply to the websites of our portfolio brands or to third-party sites we link to, each of which may have its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

What we collect and where it comes from

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us directly. When you submit a form — such as the Free Business Analysis, recruiting position request, or contact form — we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, practice or company name, role, location, and the message or requests you write.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools may record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site that referred you to us.
  • Information from scheduling tools. If you book a call through our scheduling provider (Calendly), that provider collects the information you enter under its own privacy policy and shares your booking details with us.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this website is not directed at them.

How we use it

Why we collect your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and deliver the service or analysis you requested;
  • Schedule, confirm, and conduct strategy calls and consultations;
  • Open and manage recruiting positions you ask us to fill;
  • Send you information about our services that we believe is relevant to your request;
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website and our services;
  • Measure website performance and understand how visitors find and use our site;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Sharing

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our website hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, our scheduling provider (Calendly), and analytics providers. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 10X Dental Partners, our clients, or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies & analytics

Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and measure traffic and performance. We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and similar services) that collect usage information about how visitors interact with the site.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the site may not function as intended. You can also opt out of many analytics tools through the provider's own opt-out mechanisms.

Data security & retention

How we protect and keep your information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to team members who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to manage our relationship with you, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations — and then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws in other states), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you;
  • Access or receive a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it);
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at pj@10xdentalpartners.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

Third parties

Third-party websites and services

Our website links to third-party websites and services, including our portfolio brands and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with information.
